SOFIA SALMELA

Sofia is a down-to-earth 17 year old actor, singer, and performer. She began her career in the arts through children's musical theatre in Duluth, MN, where she learned the skills of singing, dancing, and acting. She quickly expanded to professional productions and found a real love of bringing characters to life. Sofia is specifically drawn to telling the story of the loner, the small-town-kid, the underdog. She is inspired by art centered around real people, real problems, and true community.
